Joe-Ron le Roux is the Manager of Dewtron Plant Hire Uitenhage, and are currently  11 years with the company.

He is in charge of all the staff members and clients.
He repairs his own machines and service it every month.
He also do rep work for the company, and advertise.
He expects the machines to be in a good working condition when the client hires the machines.
He has 3 staff members in the workshop who help him with the work, and delivery and collections.
He also repair other factories Industrial machines like (Bomag Roller, Electric Breakers, Generators)
He does staff meetings, placing orders, for parts of machines and stock for company, and are always on a 24 hour standby for any emergency.
